November 30, 2005

Bluebeam Software has just released a PDF viewing and markup application designed for AEC firms. Along with existing desktop products Pushbutton Plus and Bluebeam Lite, Bluebeam Revu for PDF forms a complete solution for the creation of PDF files from CAD, viewing of large format PDF files and easy markup of PDF designs.

"Bluebeam Revu was developed to meet the needs of our AEC customers who requested a simple solution to electronically review PDF designs. Bluebeam's CAD-centric PDF tools offer intuitive markup features that improve efficiency and communication among project team members," says Richard Lee, President and CEO of Bluebeam Software Inc.

Features include the addition of cloud, line, highlight or text markups, and the new application also offers a customizable Tool Chest and split-screen option to view multiple documents.
