This week independent software developer Chris Paveglio released PDF Bee 3.2. This nifty tool outputs InDesign documents with each page in Postscript or PDF format as its own page.
The updated version includes support for prefixes on document page names, and saving preferences capability for print, export settings, file loading and file naming. The update is free for all current users.
PDF Bee 3.2 creates single page PDFs from InDesign files automatically. It also exports PDFs, print, Postcript files and distills them.
Users can run multiple PDF Bees running on multiple computers, all watching a single job folder, so you can process large amounts of files in parallel.
OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
