An independent software developer Chris Paveglio has released PDF Bee 3.0. This nifty tool outputs InDesign documents with each page in Postscript or PDF format as its own page.
Additionally, the solution lets users process files one at a time or en masse by turning on the Automatic setting for watching a designated folder for InDesign files. When the InDesign files are dropped into the user-specfied folder, it is automatically checked for image links and fonts and processed.
Postscript files are saved and then processed with Distiller into PDFs, with user specified job options, according to the company.
Users can run multiple PDF Bees running on multiple computers, all watching a single job folder, so you can process large amounts of files in parallel.
The program is Mac OS X 10.4 compatible and you can find the program at chris.paveglio.com.
OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
