Quick PDF Library updated, free version released

March 11, 2010

Debenu has released an update to its Quick PDF Library. The latest version (7.18) adds support for Delphi 2010, JPEG2000/JPXDecode images, and includes enhanced support for Unicode. Quick PDF Library 7.18 also boasts new features relating to forms, annotations and printing.

"The release of 7.18 marks the start of our exciting development schedule for 2010 as we work towards our goal of becoming the number one royalty-free PDF SDK by years end," said Rowan Hanna, Debenu Product Architect.

Coinciding with the update, Debenu has also launched a free "Lite" version of the popular developer library. Like the paid version, Quick PDF Library Lite can be used to build functionality into users' applications. Supported features include image-to-PDF conversion, hyperlink creation, manipulation of document properties, page rotation, document security analysis, and the addition of images and text to documents.
