Debenu acquires ARTS PDF, announces free upgrades to Acrobat X for plug-ins

Debenu, one of the world's leading PDF software vendors today formerly announced their acquisition of ARTS PDF, a market-topping provider of Acrobat plug-ins and PDF solutions.

The range of ARTS PDF products provide users with advanced control of PDF features including document assembly, bookmark generation and management, document optimization, hyperlinks, stamping, batch processing, and much more.

"ARTS PDF have been developing pioneering plug-ins for Acrobat and server-side PDF solutions for over 10 years now," said Director of Sales, Susana De Abrew. "We're really excited by this acquisition and are busy working on our roadmap for the next 10 years," she continued.

Debenu also announced that all existing customers would receive free upgrades to Acrobat X compatible versions of the ARTS PDF plug-ins in the 1st quarter of 2011.

"We hope this free upgrade to Acrobat X compliant versions of our plug-ins shows our customers how appreciative we are of their long-standing loyalty," she finished.
