Docudesk has announced the launch of deskUNPDF Professional, the pro-version of its existing deskUNPDF solution.

Darren Matheny, CEO of Docudesk said the pro version adds more features and functionality to the existing PDF document conversion program.

deskUNPDF Professional features PDF to Microsoft Word conversion capability as well as the addition of ten new output formats for boosted conversion options for users. The latest additions support conversion for document, web, image, and data-based formats.

"The timing for these new output formats is significant. For example, OASIS's Open Document Format is quickly gaining traction for government use worldwide and desk UNPDF Professional is the only commercially available PDF to Open Document Format converter. This will be welcomed functionality for users who work with applications such as OpenOffice, IBM Lotus Symphony, StarOffice and Google Docs," said Matheny.

The program also boasts new batch processing functionality for speedier conversion.

deskUNPDF Professional is priced at $59.95 and a free trial is also available at Docudesk.com.
