Adobe Acrobat 7 allows users a great deal of control when it comes to manipulating pages in your PDF documents. Acrobat 7's Document tab includes a range of useful functions such as insertion, extraction and deletion of pages.
Here's how:
Open Acrobat and open the Document menu.
Choose a function to perform on your document (e.g. 'Extract Pages', 'Insert Pages' etc.).
Specify existing documents to be inserted or to be used as replacements (if required).
Specify portions of the document to be deleted or extracted (if required).
