PDF3D(R) Platform suite 2.6.0 To Enhance 3D Technical Publishing

Visual Technology Services recently released the latest version of PDF3D Platform Suite (2.6.0). Through this release, users can expect better performance when it comes processing to larger 3D models. Some of the enhancements listed are:

  • Support for Latest DWF, DWGT, DXFT 2013 Edition File Conversion
  • Support for Open Design Alliance (ODA) Teigha(R) 3.8 Integration
  • 3D Mesh Simplification Processing
  • Improved Non-Cubic Trimmed NURBS Generation Methods
  • GeoTIFF Geospatial Coordinate Support for Terrain Draping

PDF3D application is owned by Visual Technology Services, a software product and consultancy service provider based in Thames Valley, London. PDF3D is primarily used in 3D Data conversions into PDF 3D documents which can then be manipulated and utilized for a variety of business requirements.
