PDFs are all around us. They can be used as final-form documents, electronic forms, or prepress workflows. One workflow that sees extremely heavy use of PDF is that of document review. We've addressed some of the more involved details of the review process in other items, but this PDF tip explains how to quickly and easily send a PDF document for review via email in Acrobat 7.
Select File > Send By Email for Review (Alt + F, V).
Enter recipients email address and press OK.
The recipient can then use any of the commenting tools (Alt + T, C) and email the PDF directly back.
The original sender can view all comments and can begin the process again.
