Solid Documents announces Solid PDF to Word for Mac

Solid Documents has announced the release of Solid PDF to Word for Mac.

"We're excited to bring Solid PDF to Word to the Mac," said Michael Cartwright, Founder, Solid Documents. "Businesses are standardizing in Mac-based environments. With this product, repurposing and reusing documents becomes quicker and easier."

With the release of Solid PDF to Word for Mac, users can now edit content from PDF documents. The release also features several output formats offered for converting files (Word, iWork, Excel, HTML and Text), for improved flexibility in re-using the PDF file content.

The release also features header and footer editing capabilities, table recovery, forms recognition, rotated text recovery and hyperlink detection.

The release is compatible with Mac OS X v. 10.5 or later and requires 150 MB of available hard disk space. The release is currently available in English, French, and Russian.
