Watermarks can be applied to a page or all pages in a file with a simple menu command. The document at hand is designed to be reviewed by members of a workgroup. The file is currently in draft form. So as not to confuse this file with a final document, you can stamp all pages with a watermark informing all your reviewers the file is still in draft form. In this segment, you learn how to add a watermark.
Click Add a Watermark (Appears on Top of the Page).
As described in the text in the dialog box, a watermark appears on top of the page. Backgrounds appear behind page data.
Click the Browse button.
The Open dialog box opens.
Navigate to the tutorial folder and choose cb_draft.pdf. Click Open.
Ensure that the All Pages radio button is selected.
By default, All Pages is selected for you. Be certain the radio button is active before continuing. Notice that the preview area in the dialog box shows how the imported image appears on top of the text.
Click OK.
The watermark is applied to all pages.
Click Save to update your edits.
