Aloaha's PDF Automailer, a module of its PDF Suite, allows users to create mass mailings of digitally signed PDF documents without having an email client installed -- just embed your emailto, emailfrom, subject, etc into your document, print it and let it being emailed by Aloaha. Aloaha analyzes the print job and extracts commands that have been embedded into the original document.
For example, you can use MS Word Mail Merge to print your mass mailing -- Aloaha will handle the PDF creation, digital signatures and email delivery. Customers using old DOS-based accounting packages can opt to save their digital invoices into the autoprint folder of Aloaha, which will pick up the files, print them, convert them to PDF and manage the signatures and email delivery.
