To control how your PDF files are opened you need to adjust the Open Settings.
From the FILE menu select 'Document Info' and then click 'Open...'. This dialog presents
many options; you can change the way the PDF is displayed: zoom, page number, page layout
or change what is displayed on screen: toolbars, menus or window mode. (see Figure 1.1, 1.2,
Two options which are very useful are the 'Resize Window To Initial Page' and 'Center

Note: Changes will take effect when the file is closed and reopened.
