Find Acrobat toolbar tools. Where did they go?

In Acrobat 4 and 5, several of the toolbar tools are on "fold out" tool buttons. For example, there's the Graphics Selection tool. It folds out from the Copy Text tool.

Fold out tool buttons have a small (downward pointing) arrow in the lower right corner of the button. (See the first toolbar below).

Click and hold each tool to see the extra tools available.
