Deque announces Studio to streamline PDF conversion, compliance

Deque Systems, Inc. has announced the availability of an enhanced Deque Studio, a bundled solution designed to help companies comply with the Web Accessibility Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requirements.

With the availability of Deque Studio, Deque customers will be able to convert PDF content to XML and HTML with Undoc for PDF and facilitate intituitive Section 508 compliance with Ramp Ascend. Print and Web shops in an organization can continue to leverage the ease afforded by PDF while simultaneously publishing the HTML alternative at a lower cost.

"With Deque Studio, our focus is on enabling users to make PDF content universally accessible without the tediousness. Streaming converted documents straight into existing templates can improve the ease of use and acceptability of the whole process."

Pioneering the reuse of data by converting PDF content to XML is just one aspect of Undoc for PDF. With the release of Deque Studio, customers are able to make the task of PDF conversion and publishing accessible version of the PDF documents more efficient.
