The best place is this site. Check the Developer / Resources sections.
Under Developer you will find info about Forms&FDF and also a link to
the FDF Gateway with a explanation and the script code. You will also
find some references about how the PDF Forms work.

You can also post questions to this forum. I suggest you to first study
the PDF Forms and try your solutions and then look for specific
answers to your doubts - this way you will get more answers than
asking for a ready to use solution or code.

You can also use the search tool of this forum to find questions similar
to yours.

I remember a post informing that the new FDF Toolkit for Acrobat v6
was recently post on line by Adobe. There should be some info in the
front page/web log of this site.
