I often need to convert a lot of powerpoint-presentations to pdfs. The content of the presentations is always the same. One or more slides containing:
A heading (Text)
A screen dump of a webpage/intranet page (see below*)
One line of text in the bottom (Text)

*Created using [Ctrl]+[Prt Scr], pasted into a word document, send to me. Then I copy/paste it into the powerpoint-presentation, and adjust the image size to 16*22 cm (6.3*8.7 inch).

The pdfs are posted on a website and are meant to be viewed onscreen, so they have to be kept relatively small in size (85-95 KB pr. slide).

Iíve tried to optimize the four default joboptions-files that come with Acrobat (5.0), but no matter what I do I cant get better results than the ebook-setting, and that often isnít to good. The colours of the image and the text I add (heading and bottom-line) look good, but the text in the image is often close to unreadable.

Can anybody help? (E.g. a joboptions-file, a non-tech guide, anything!)

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
