Topic: PDF Maker 6 and Custom Page Format

We set a custom page format (148,5x210 mm) on the Adobe PDF printer and we made a PDF from MS Word PDF Maker function.
Generated Hyperlinks aren't aligned with the relevant text!
It seems that Hyperlinks are positioned in a virtual A4 or Letter sheet format, while the document is correctly printed in A5.
This problem is confirmed with more OS and Office combinations (Office 97, 2000 - Windows 2000, XP)
We think that this is a BUG of the new PDFMaker or of the new AdobePDF printer driver. In Acrobat 4 or 5 we do not have this problem!!!

Have you any suggestion?
