There is a patch from Adobe due out very soon - tab order will be
re-instated.

I think Adobe did intend to change the functionality to the way it is now,
but didn't realise the amount of negative feedback they would get from the
change. I've read how users are keeping a copy of Acrobat 5 installed just
so they can use the old way of settings tab orders.
I think a 3rd party developer is soon to release a nice little tool to help
you do this more easily in Acrobat 6...
