There is no control over the vertical position in single- and
multi-line text fields.
The best we can do is bug Adobe to finally provide this kind of
functionality in the next release of the PDF specification (and
therefore Acrobat).
The current workaround would be using some server-side tools, which
allow control over the line spacing an the positioning. But this works
only if the field will then get flattened.
