An even better question is:
Who said it was wrong?
The question is, why such behaviour? case sensitivity is not usually
important for most applications, but in some scenarios it is an issue.
There is no reason in the world why a file that ends with a numeral has
an uppercase suffix and one that doesn't has lowercase, so why did they
do it?
Does the same behaviour occur on windows? or is it another 'mac only'
issue like the one where watched folders disappear on OSX Distiller 6
when they reside on Servers...
