Topic: backup a file in batch processing

I have a sequence which is a Java Script that signs a document, and I am running it from the batch processing menu.

I am working on a tree of folders, in each folder I have several files. I want to go over all the files, signs them and save an unsigned copy in the same folder.
I tried to use the saveAs method at the beginning of the script, but when the script ended both copies were signed.

Since the sign method automatically save the file, I can't check the don't overwrite existing files without getting an error at the end of the script.

my questions are:
1. How can I save a copy of the file in the same folder without having it signed too?
2. How can I hide the warnings window I get when the script finishes that says the files were not saved?
