I can confirm this. happened to me for about three weeks I kept shifting
it each time. then one day I simply opened my 'normal.dot' and moved the
toolbar into position and did a save. fixed it.

fyi: this happened all the time in version 5 as well. for what it's worth
I've had this problem with Apps I've written in VBA for Word as well -
strangely never in Excel though.
