We have a tax program that can make a pdf file of the tax return. The consists of a bookmark per page of information. The information needs to be rearranged and then split into various files (federal, state, local etc.). Is it possible to rearrange using the bookmarks which is so much easier to see and identify when working with a document that is 200 pages or so......and then split the file based on the bookmarks?

Everything I see makes this difficult since when you rearrange the bookmarks, it doesn't move the pages. HELP
