I need to convert numerous blank loan documents to PDF for my job. I have Acrobat 6.0 Pro and can do basic form creation (buttons, text boxes, etc.). What I would really like to do is create 2-3 data gathering pages and from the info entered in the fields, have it populate the correct forms. The loan docs are currently in word format and I am comfortable converting them to PDF and creating the form fields, I need to know how to make the info from the data gathering pages go to the correct loan doc forms. I have used the same field names on the various forms, I just don't know how to make it move from the data gathering pages to the loan docs.

Ideally, when certain info is entered in the data gathering pages, that will route the info to the correct loan doc. (i.e. by choosing MN and corporation, only the loan docs needed for MN corporations will be completed.

Is this beyond the abilities of an Acrobat beginner?
