Can anyone help?

Currently running Adobe Acrobat 6.01 Professional,
I have several hundred 4 col (base) PDFs with no text on them,
and several hundred black only (text) PDFs.
I need to combine the two, to make one final 4 col PDF,
(black text overprinting). Do i already have the tools? or do I
need to buy a plug-in ??
