I'm having a little issue with a code. After much homework, I figured out, or rather, thought that I figured out the code that I would need to multiply a combination of numbers by 12... 12 months, basically.

I have units multiplied by rents into a certain column. I add up the column to get the sum. Then I multiply the sum by 12. Should be simple, right?

Every time I view the code or work it into several other combinations of codes, it recalculates and multiplies again. So, now a six figure product is at a couple billion... which is obviously wrong.

Anyone have a second to teach me some Jedi Mind tricks for this bad boy?

Thanks!

Scott
