I have a client supplied PDF file containing physicians. At the end of the file is an index of all physicians listed by last name. The link when you click on a last name takes you to the page (lets say 215). However, the first two pages of the PDF document are not really pages that we want counted so page 215 in the PDF document really isnt 215 when the Physician list is concerned. In other words, it takes me to page 215 of the PDF document, but the actual physician listing on on 217 because the first two pages are cover sheets. Is there any way to programmatically fix this (javascript, etc) I'm pretty new to the PDF editing world so any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
