I am working on adding text fields to a 24 page pdf form. I have created 1800 fields and have now run into errors when attempting to rename or add a new field. When adding a new field via the Form tool, I complete the field properties and select ok. Upon doing so I receive the error "Acrobat.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created".

In the same document if I attempt to run TOOLS, JavaScript, Edit all java script. I receive the error "There was a problem reading this document (14).

Any ideas on what is messing up this document? I have sent this document to a friend and they receive the same errors.

Acrobat 5.0
Windows 2000 os

Thanks
Tim
