Topic: Submit Form - Data in HTML?

I am currently building an e-filing website using ColdFusion 5 and Win2000Server with XP development workstations. I have built my forms and have set up submit buttons to send the data in HTML format to my actions pages. This seems to work fine, as the action page is receiving the data and can output it to the screen. But when I look up to URL path in the browser(IE6), it says that it is reading from a temp file on my C: drive, instead of the .cfm page on the server. I have tried to add a line to relocate to a confirm page, also on the server, but since it is reading as on C:, it, of course, can't find the relocation file. Can anyone please answer any of the following for me?
(1)Why it is reading my action page, then displaying the results in a temp page on my local drive.
(2)How to stop it from doing this.
(3)Would it do the same thing if I were sending the data as fdf, and parsing it out, and then displaying the information.
(4)Can any of the FDF toolkits work, easily, with ColdFusion, or would I be better off just doing the string manipulation myself.
Any help is appreciated,
