Topic: HELP!!! PDFs from Quark lose images

I am using a G4 Quicksilver with os 9.2 and Acrobat 4.o, and I have trouble creating PDFs from Quark. It seems to only effect raster image files, either in grayscale or color. When I distill the .ps file I created with Quark, the resulting PDF file loses raster images most of the time. I have tried several different PPDs and several combinations of settings within quark and it works sometimes,
seemingly at random. When I use the image touch up tool and click where the photo should be, I get the light blue box over to the left or right of the actual spot I clicked. Here's where it gets weird: when I double click with the image touch up tool, the image will actually open in photoshop for editing, but when I resave it, it's still not showing up in my PDF. What is going on here? Anyone else have this problem? Need more info, just ask me and I'll do my best.
Thanks,
Jason
