1) Field alignment does not follow the rotation of the page, although
centering and distribution do.

2) When using the Go to Previous View menu item in an Execute Menu Item
action in a button, sometimes the view returned to is earlier in the
stack. For example: I start at page 2, go to page 3, then click a button
that opens another pdf. Then I click a button with the above-mentioned
action. This returns me to page 2 in the original pdf, instead of the
expected page 3.

Behavior #2 is erratic, and seems sometimes to depend on how quickly
you click the button.

Just in case anyone from Adobe is listening...
