Using both Word 2000 and WordPefect 10 under Win 2K Pro, I often convert documents to PDF format by using Adobe Acrobat PDF as a printer.

When the process is finished, Acrobat opens and displays the new document. This takes time, and it's always redundant, because the conversions are always perfect and I'm willing to trust them.

How can I get the conversion process to stop after saving a file in PDF format, and before booting the file in Acrobat 6.0?
