I've put together a CD using Acrobat 5, which includes an index.
The index is opened from the Welcome PDF. I had to do this using
Mac OS Classic, as Catalog wasn't available in Acro 5 on OS X.

One of the users is using Acrobat Pro 6 on OS X.2. He gets an error
message that the index needs to be rebuilt.

There's no problem using the index in Acro 5. Why is there problem
using indexes built in 5 with Acro 6?

The CD includes pre installed Acrobat 5 Readers for maximum
compatability with older operating systems.

Any assistance gratefully received.
