Topic: opening Adobe 4 index in Adobe 6

We have created several adobe 4 indexes and they auto load by using the 'set page action / page open' feature. A start file causes a series of files to open and close in series which loads 12 indexes. When the start file is opened from Adobe Reader 4 & 5 the indexes load correctly and automatically. When the start file is opened from Adobe Reader 6 none of the indexes are loaded automatically. The Adobe Reader 6 user can manually load the indexes but this is not desirable. Is there a fix for this problem?
