I can't seem to move the 8.5 x 11 pdf pages in the correct sequence. I have converted 4 Microsoft Word pages to PDF. But I'm now trying to create a 11 x 17 layout of pages 1 and 4 for front and back and pages 2 and 3 for the inside section.
