I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue?

When I create a PDF from an excel workbook with multiple worksheet, it asks me save numerous times. I have checked the box under acrobat that states entire workbook, and also the box when I go to print. Someone told me that all the page setup settings should be the same. This is frustrating because some worksheets have two pages, and some are landscape. If anyone could offer me help I would appreciate it thanks.
