Has anyone discovered the answer to the "Unknown system error in call to StartScan"?
My scanner worked just fine with Acrobat 5.0. I uninstalled 5 and installed 6.0 Pro. When the data starts loading into Acrobat, I get the Startscan error. I have tried different drivers, but it does not seem to make a difference.
I can use the scanner with other software and have no trouble.
