We have two files, each one page, and each with several textbox and checkbox fields. Custom tab order was set in each file with the tool available in 6.01. Now, we would like to combine the two files into one. Opening either file, then selecting Document... Pages... Insert simply repeats the open page again, all fields intact, but never inserting the second page. I have also tried File... Create PDF... From multiple files and again, one page is inserted twice and the second page never shows. I have tried combining the files on a computer without the latest Acrobat 6 patch, and it behaves the same way. If I delete the fields out of one document, I can then insert one file into the other. Any ideas?
