I have 2 questions about Adobe 6.0 Pro

1.
If you create a PDF from a scanned document. (For instance, a manual that was scanned), are you able to edit the text witin the scanned document? Or can you only edit document created in Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)

2.
I CANNOT figure out how to change the page orientation of one of my documents. When I convert my web page to a PDF document it puts it in landscape, when I need it to be in portrait. I cannot find how to change the layout anywhere. It just tells you how to rotate the document and change how you view it.

HELP!
