The truth is that the addField structure is really hard to follow with the Jso object in a VB exe project. Two solutions :
1/ use the acroform toolkit in vb to add fields (with the jso things)
2/ declare a folder-level JavaScript function "myAddField()"... with your own parameters and call it with the jso object :
jso.myAddField()
