My organization uses online commentsing for certain PDF files. When using version 5, there is an "online comments" toolbar that allows the user to upload the comments that they have attached to the document.

My computer has version 6.0 (my organization no longer has any licenses for 5.0, all new computers are being installed with 6.0). The "online comments" toolbar is gone, and I cannot figure out how to make the comments I attach "stick" to the document.

I can attach comments just fine, much like in ver 5. However, with no way to upload them, this is useless. Is this a version compatibility issue, am I missing some functionality, or am I just an idiot? (Well, I know that I'm an idiot, I'm just not certain if that is the cause of my difficulties in this instance).

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
