I am using Acrobat 6 Pro and have been unable to figure this one out.

I can Embed the thumbnails produced for Pages with Acrobat but the quality is very poor. The thumbnails are crystal clear if i don't embed them and let acrobat produce them on the go.

Can i alter the quality settings manually or can i add thumbnails produced externally eg from fireworks for the 'pages window '. i really appreciate it if anyone can help, have spent ages and lack of solutions is really getting me down. -- To give more details, i am creating an ebook from a magazine. The first page is the ebook cover at 400 pixels width in jpeg.the remaining pages were scanned at 300dpi tiff. All the tiff thumbnails created are acceptable but not good. The jpeg cover comes out all blocky not resembling the cover at all.
