firstly, please excuse my ignorance in this area!

I need to create a CD containing an electronic version of a paper manual I've produced.

Ideally the CD shall contain a number of different PDF's, and have a contents page that contains clickable links to different sections of the manual. This section index then may contain further links to the relative document.

Also, larger multi-page PDF documents will contain bookmarks for shortcuts to relative sections within the PDF.

I might also need to have some form of link to CAD files etc. If it can auto-start and contain a version of aobe reader in case the user doesn't have it, this would be even better

What program(s) would I ideally need to create such a CD, and will I need a degree of technical training?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
