Topic: Problem creating digital certificate

Windows XP Pro, two out of 50 systems, when we attempt to create the self sign certificate we get "Failed to acquire default cryptographic provider" and if we click past that and attempt to continue to create the cert we get "Failed generating cryptographic key."
Any Ideas?
