Topic: Compiling MAC Crated PDFs in Win Acrobat

I recieve PDFs created from QuarkXpress on a MAC using version 4.05. I am trying to compile them and when I use the normal combining techniques (create PDF using multiple files or insert pages) it inserts another copy of the file I am currently in and nothing of the other files. Is there any way to combine all these files into one large document or is it impossible using a PC when they were created on MAC (I can view normally just not combine them.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
