Topic: Improper Pasting with the Snapshot Tool

Whenever the Snapshot tool is used, it will not paste properly into any document or program.

What happens is this:
You copy to the clipboard using the Snapshot tool. When you paste into a document, however, it will paste only part of it multiple times. How many times depends on the magnification. If Acrobat is at 20%, it will paste part of it twice. If Acrobat is at 100%, it will paste it seven times. We've reinstalled Acrobat Standard and also tried just the Reader and Acrobat Pro. They all do the same.

Another funny thing is that the Windows Program Bar (the blue one that has the program name) appears several times in the lower right corner on the bottom of the how-to menu.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment
