Hello - I recently upgraded from Acrobat 5 to 6. I am now not able to create PDF files from MS Word. When I try to I get the following message:

There was an error found when printing the document "Microsoft Word - some document name" to My Documents\*.pdf"

Attempting to retry the job is futile.

Is there something I can twiddle (even if I need to do it via regedit) that will overcome this problem??? I've tried the Adobe FAQs, forum, etc. Because some files have critical images imbedded using PDF Writer is not acceptable, or at the very least undesireable. Distiller gives the same message.

Any serious, constructive comments would be very much appreciated - I am under a deadline with many documents to push out.

Much thanks in advance!
