Just a few queries,

I understand there are 2 main PDLs which are postscript and PCL. Within the PCL group there are PCL 3e, 5e & 6 and within the PS group, there are Level 2 & level 3.

However, I noticed some printers like the HP laserjet models supports PS level 2 emulation. The question is would it be sufficient for me to get a printer that supports PS level 2 emulation to test my pdf documents or should i get a printer which is true postscript (i.e. without emulation).
