Most emulated PS printers successfully print any PDF document, and if
you are having problems with the output you can always print as image
from Acrobat. However, if you are having difficulty with pdf to your
printer, it is always worthwhile to contact the manufacturer to find
out if the rip in the printer has an upgrade to support the items that
are causing the issue - e.g. CID fonts.
